- Handle day to day operational issues
- Prepare and follow the development plan
- Follow the CMMI level 2 process
- Design and architect the solutions
- Mentor the team on technical and business issues

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 4+ year’s pure DW/ BI project hands on experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Business Objects XI R2 – R3 environment. Use of Business Objects Designer, Webintelligence, Desktop intelligence, server utilities and java sdk in a clustered environment.
-Essential experience on Data modeling Tool
-Strong in DW concepts, data integration, migration, DB performance tuning, etc
- Strong experience in design / implementation of data warehouse solution.
- Knowledge of Architectural Recommendation / Assessment is must.
- Knowledge on ETL Tools like Informatica, Datastage is desirable.
- Strong in Cognos, Informatica, Abinitio, OLTP/OLAP
