•Mortgage Services Real Estate Settlement and Default Services - valuation, field services, real estate asset management and sales, settlement services, default services and component services Origination Services - due diligence, underwriting, fulfillment, loan pricing, appraisal, title, closing for mortgage originations

•Financial Services (receivables and customer relationship management)

•Technology Products (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

As a member of the Financial Reporting Team the role will:

• Assist in the planning, preparation and issuance of all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including filings on Forms 10Q, 10K, 8K and press releases as well as financial statement schedules and disclosures.

• Prepare various supporting schedules, reconciliations and analysis for SEC filings, including coordination with segment accountants and others in the organization to assist as necessary (review of workpaper packages prepared by those individuals).

• Assist in the preparation of subsidiary financial statements and other information requirements associated with debt compliance, regulatory and investor reporting, as applicable.

• Support interactions with external and internal auditors with respect to financial reporting and debt compliance functions.

• Aid in maintaining a system of internal controls that is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.

• Assist in the completion of ad-hoc special projects as requested by supervisor, including certain management reporting projects.

• Provide support in completing monthly consolidation process as required.

• Assit in the preparation of consolidated analytical review (balance sheet and income statement) and coordinate analytical reviews from operating subsidiaries

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

• Reports to Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1.5 to 2.5 years post qualification experience  

• Hands on experience in financial accounting & reporting with good knowledge of US and    Indian GAAP  

• Big 4 audit experience preferred  

• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements  

• Consolidation experience a plus.  

• Skilled in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)  

• Highly organized / self-motivated  

• Strong oral and written communication skills
