Key Skills:
Interactive Designer HTML5, XHTML, Javascript, Jquery, Jquery UI, .NET
Bachelors degree (preferably in Design and Technology / Computer Science / Computer Application).
3+ yrs Interactive Designer experience.
3+ yrs of hands-on experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS (all the versions), JavaScript, Adobe Suite, Flash, .NET, Iphone and Android application design (is a plus).
Working knowledge of Visual Studio Team System and some exposure to .NET preferred.
Must have a keen eye for detail that focuses on the end user.
Must be able to see the broad picture of how applications affect the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with a broad audience to gather design requirements and then translate them into a proper usability workflow.
Job Description
Conceptualizes and creates graphic user interface solutions for web application.
Dynamic portals and websites under the direction of the Creative Director and Product Manager.
The Interactive Designer works in liaison with the design and development teams;
collaboratively delivering quality and user friendly online solutions using the internal project methodology.
Interactive Designer will also work with the project, marketing and technology teams to employ prototyping (should able to create mockups and working prototypes) approach for the product development process.
The position will focus on user interface design.
Candidates must be able to have a broad yet detailed understanding of web UI standards, usability, and have developed user interfaces for web applications.
This position will have direct responsibility for developing the UI standards within the organization.
