Job Summary:

Our goal is to create eLearning modules and other highly consumable resources that deliver exceptional experiences for our members. 

Key responsibilities:

· Fully comprehend complex research

· Arrange research into storyboards that support delivering an engaging learning experience

·Use Articulate and PowerPoint software to create engaging learning experiences

· Edit research into web-appropriate formats

· Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions

· Network and partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic instructional direction.

·Partner with graphics designers, Web developers, and courseware developers to develop program elements and requirements

·Serve as peer coach for staff members new to web writing

· Act as technical consultant for researchers involved with composing e-learning modules

· Flexibility to shift priorities quickly within a fast-paced work environment

· Strong conceptual thinking with great attention to detail

· Team player who enjoys working on multi-skilled teams

·Solid organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Excellent research skills (primary and/or secondary); Strong analytic skills; Strong editing skills; Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data; Ability to locate and procure sensitive data from original sources and senior executives; High proficiency in distilling massive amounts of data; Ability to graphically depict key insights; Intellectual curiosity and dedication to mastering complex terrain
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Strong work ethic; Strong attention to detail; Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point)
  • Graduated with exceptional performance in undergraduate/graduate academics
  • 2-4 years related experience
