Job Description
Eaton's Public Affairs & Communications department is responsible for providing strategic and operational communications support for internal and external activities.
The department implements a comprehensive public affairs and communications strategy including developing implement communications, marketing and promotions tools in order to build the brand and profile of the company.
The incumbant will provide multimedia support to the corporate communications teams in India including web site management/updates, designing tradeshow graphics, newsletters and marketing material and audio/video support for marketing.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
A thorough graphic designer with experience in handling design, multimedia and website management for reputed organizations.
The incumbent should be proficient with Design tools like Coral Draw, In design etc., multimedia platforms and web applications platform.
Good communication skills are most essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creation and execution of newsletters and other creative document as required by the teams
• Provides web site development and support for internal and external sites.
• Provides audio/video expertise for marketing materials and internal/external events.
• Manages external creative services/resources to supplement internal multimedia activity.
• Responsible for maintaining global brand standards across all tools and functions
• Working with global marketing communications teams to source or work in tandem with the business requirements
