Credit card operations - All Locations

Responsibilities

• Processing and funding of Visa/MasterCard Settlement accounts.

• Processing of Chargeback and Retrieval relating to Dispute process.

• Responsible of timely closure of disputes and reconciliation of Chargeback related suspense accounts and Nostro accounts.

• Posses fair understanding of Operations activity especially in Cards.

• Responsible for Quality check relating to transactions processed by Operations staff.

• Responsible for monitoring suspense/GL accounts of Cards Operations periodically & carry out effective follow–up with the respective units for resolving outstanding entries.

Requirements

• Candidatemust possess at least a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce , Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management, Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary or Institute of Cost Accountancy in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.

• Back-office operations experience required.

• Should have excellent command on MS office especially MS Excel .

• Operating knowledge of Finware and Host would be an added advantage.

• Good Interpersonal,Communication(oral and written) and Leadership Skills.

• Good Analytical and Reasoning Skills will be an added advantage.
