At the moment we're looking for a General Manager to lead our pre-opening hotel team at Ahmedabad.
You'll direct the overall operation of your hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on
investment. By creating a positive and productive work environment, you'll ensure superior guest
experience and compliance with quality, service and operational standards. You'll report directly to the
Regional General Manager and supervise the Hotel Executive Committee Members and Department
Heads.
Qualifications
Ideally you'll have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management (or equivalent), with at least
two (2) years experience leading a hotel team and an exceptional customer service focus. Ultimately, you
have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, proficient skills for written and oral communication in
English and a desire and the ability to travel and work in different countries.
