Essential Responsibilities

To achieve and exceed the business plan with maximum Sales/Orders realization in the region.

•Strengthen the capabilities of the organization to execute complex deals combining products and solutions across all business segments.

•Responsible for business development of GE power control products.

•Strengthen the capabilities of the region to execute complex deals combining products and solutions across all business segments.

•Responsible for demand generation and market development activities.

•To develop new customer base and to create new business initiative activities.

•Identifying and exploring new business avenues to increase sales turnover and profit margins.

•Interacting closely with channel partners,architects, consultants and interior decorators to influence and specify our products in the upcoming tenders resulting in sales.

•Selection and appointment of channel partners for improvement of market reach.

•Responsible for collection and effective control on receivables.

•Continuous innovation in sales to overtake competition.

•Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning and coordinating with the Sales Teams.

•Leading and motivating the team to achieve pre set targets on monthly and quarterly basis.

•Creating an environment that sustains and encourage high performance;motivating teams in optimizing their contribution levels.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Technical sales skills are a must as well as vast knowledge and experience with power controls, products and systems.

* At-least 15 years of experience in Power Control- sales

* BE in Electrical/Mechanical is a must

* An MBA degree from a reputed institute will be a plus factor
