Job description

# Pipeline Management:Analysis of future quarters pipeline, including review process and analysis by division/service product line in their corresponding business unit.

 Thoroughly analyze business pipeline, determine root causes for any shortfalls and develop action plan to close the gaps, including: Enablement to improve field skills, corrective actions, pervasive issue resolution, Sales plays, prioritized offers and sales promotions, Determination of optimal routes to market execution, Feedback into Demand Programs regarding issues/root causes in order to help close any gaps.

Track pipeline and revenue through all routes, fixing/escalating red zones; track progression outcomes;recommend and / or develop gap actions.

 Participate in calls to discuss build and progression issues and gaps.

RTM & Enablement : Determine enablement requirements; localize brand groups/sub-brand channel enablement strategy.Deploy sales play/marketing program/campaign enablement in support of brand group/sub-brands.

Responsible for route to market planning and channel capacity analysis; tailoring of route to market plan - aligned to local coverage models.

 Note: Includes communications to appropriate routes ie marketing/sales newsletters

·  Required skills:

Understands market management, 10+ year of experience in a priority Industry, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, proficient in PowerPoint and presentation development, understands the business application of technology within an industry.

 Strong project management, marketing operations knowledge and demand generation program development.
