PROJECT SUMMARY & POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position in Property Tax Services. This position functions in predominately a paraprofessional role in direct support of the engagement management team.
Process Knowledge: Tax bill verification, payment administration, refund processing, tracking and logging assessment notices and preperation of Property Tax Returns
Process metrics: Should have worked in a metric driven environment
Committees: Participate in committee activities & provide inputs where applicable
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Quality review: Using reconciliation/ quality control methods and review work of self and of peers
Communication: Should possess Good communication skills - Written and spoken fluency in English. Willingness to handle calls to Tax Jurisdictions and offshore/onshore staff
Other tasks assigned: Complete tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed
MS Office knowledge: Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Candidate should be willing to work on any shift.
A reasonable amount of overtime will be required during peak season
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Business
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
Should have work experience of 2 - 3 years
Good communication skills - Written and spoken fluency in English
Ability to analyze data and organize as per requirement
Data Manipulation using excel & access
Flexible to work in changing shift timings
Should have basic exposure to Quality reviews and Project management
Basic exposure to project management skills is preferred
Good Exposure on Commercial Real estate industry is mandatory
