Staffing and Recruitment
Attract, select and recruit quality hires to meet and fulfill current and future staffing needs and requirements of the plant.
Analyze and assess from time to time the current organization capability and determine staffing and recruitment plans in consultation with Plant Manager.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Training and Development
Training Needs Analysis. Formulate Training and Development plans for all employees. Execution of training programs – EU Web based, EU instructor-led, external training courses, Lunch and Learn sessions and In-house Production, OPEX, EHS, and TQM training sessions.
Payroll administration and processing for plant. Payroll reporting and all other payroll related matters.
Eaton programs
Drive and execute APEX-HOS, MESH, EPWP, ESAT, HR Balance Scorecard, Talent Management and Succession Planning to achieve Eaton goals and programs objectives.
Wellness Drives and Initiatives
Wellness programs, Charity events, Sports and Recreational activities, aimed at teambuilding and community involvement for the plant
Day to Day HR operational and Ad Hoc assignments
All HR day to day duties, assignments as well as coaching and mentoring of managers and employees with regards to HR issues and challenges.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
• Recognized degree in HRM or Business Administration
• More than 5 years experiences in HR roles, preferably in MNC
• Willing to learn businesses and commercial knowledge in other South East Asia countries
• Demonstrate HR competencies including compensation, training and development, employee relations, HR systems and processes.
• Good communication, analytical & problem solving skills
