Job Description

• Establish necessary product related documents (e.g. RBOM, Schematics, ECO/ ECN, PRD structures, etc.) to the necessary internal customers like materials depts., operations, etc. for Pilot Run

• Analyze customer ECO/ ECN and interpret as per internal requirement

• Initiate Internal approval process for new ECO/ ECN & prepare implementation roadmap

• Monitoring & coordinating with other depts. & timely closure of ECO & All type of change requests

• Ensure ECO Matrices are maintained  for current revision levels

• Setup RBOMS /ITEMS /AML /AVL in ERP for new projects

• Maintaining RBOMS/ITEMS/AML/AVL in ERP for existing projects

• Make sure all product documents are of latest revisions as required by customer for existing projects

• Product Input to IT dept for Flex Flow setup for new projects

• Maintaining Flex Flow for product/ part revision changes

• Communicate with external customer if situation warrants in solving issues

• Job assigned on day to day basis by superiors

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP (Agile/ BaaN)

• Knowledge of ECO/ ECN/ TDN Review, interpretation, implement process & documentation

• Skills in analyzing BOMS/ RBOMS

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Good working attitude

• Good Interpersonal Relationships

• Knowledge on process planning & executing

• Willing to take initiatives at work
