• Applies detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills
• Applies experience and simple judgment to make decisions within defined options or standard protocols - follows through on issues
• May allocate work as a team leader or check on completion or quality
• Applies technical concepts to trouble shooting, testing and validation procedures
• Develops detailed knowledge of specialty area products, systems and/or equipment
• Builds and debugs prototype hardware; assists in design integrity validation testing
• Isolates hardware backup and mainframe connectivity problems
• Performs preventative maintenance and calibrates manufacturing equipment
• Participates in process improvement identification
• Generates and maintains operations and troubleshooting guides
• Technical certification
• 2-5 years of related experience
