Executing all Policies related to Security, Safety and Crisis management and EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety). Overseeing Circle Security Operations involving all Circle Buildings and Towers Implement Security Contracts of the Country with deployment of over Guards. Assessing Security Threat Perception in the Circles and execute recommend deployment of Security Guards accordingly Guiding Circles in all Security and Safety related Matters Owner of the National Nodal Process in the Circle Will ensure execution of the Nodal Process in the Circle as per the DOT regulations. To execute the activities of the Interception and providing CDR and CRI to notified Govt. agencies. and ensure compliance in all respect. He will report to HNO (DGM) and PTO (DGM/GM)Refer-Attached Nodal Organization) To maintain confidentialities of the process, subjects and targets. To get the Audits done by Internal/External and Govermental agencies. To ensure strict compliance with Zero Error possibilities.
Job Profile
Evolve a fail proof, zero error system at the Circle level in implementing the DOT instructions on the issue. Ensure implementation of the processes within the stipulated time frame, precisions and secrecy. Strict Documentation and Summary of Interception Records Maintain liaison with the notified Govt. agencies and Top Govt Officials including State Home Secretaries, Jt Director IntelligenceBureau, Jt. Director CBI and IGs of Police. Maintain 24x7 Nodal readiness. Plan and provision of all Administrative resources at Circle level for the implementation of the requests received from the Government agencies. Carry out the requirement strictly as per the process. To decline non conformity requests politely. Maintain good liaison with the notified Govt. agencies and attend meetings at National levels. Legal due diligence and documentation of the operation. Preparation of Management Information Systems. To ensure compliance of all Security related guidelines/ instructions and directions issued by Security Agency/DOT/ TRAI and Regulatory-MO from time to time. CNO to act as an expert and guide on Security compliance matters in circles and take full charge of Security compliances on Lawful Interception and Monitoring, CDR(Call detail records) requirement from different agencies To ensure the effective implementation of Airtel Security related processes, Guidelines and Instructions received from MO/ Corporate office time-to-time, To actively interact, coordinate and liaison with Police and other security agencies at the Circle level on security and related issues, as and when required, will formulate and supervise a planned schedule between him and the ACNO in order to maintain round the clock operational readiness. ? Will execute the Operation. ? Will coordinate deployment of Guards on the Sites as per the threat requirements. ? Preparation and sending of Management Information Systems.
