Key Job Responsibilities:

Overall Purpose of the Role:

Reporting into the Asia Pacific Regional C&B Director (who covers over 16 countries), this role will oversee Compensation and Benefits matters for South Asia (including India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan) across our multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall guidance, direction and leadership of all corporate and local Compensation and Benefit Programs.

• Provide specific plans and recommendations that are in line with the corporation’s business goals and support the objectives of the Human Resources Strategic Planning Process.

• Implement a total rewards philosophy, intending to optimize and effectively communicate throughout the organization.

• Interact effectively with all of the General Managers and Human Resource leaders to manage the effectiveness of all Compensation and Benefit Programs.

• Monitor trends/best practices, both internally and externally and make recommendations towards implementation or improvement.

• Assess the internal equity and external competitiveness of the company’s total reward programs.

• Manage any external consulting or vendor relationships (i.e., outsourcing).

• Work very closely with all of the counterparts in the organization.

• Oversee bonus and incentive plans to ensure that they are aligned with the overall Business and Human Resources objectives.

• Project Management – global and regional compensation and benefits projects, such as global incentive plan, global job leveling project, regional governance for benefits
