ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with hiring managers to gather competencies and requirements to develop strategic sourcing and recruiting plan
  • Uses various sourcing tactics such as cold calling, job boards, networking, resume mining and trade shows to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Performs behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manages communication process between candidate, HR, and hiring teams
  • Oversees effectiveness and efficiency of candidate interviewing logistics process
  • Leads decision-making meetings to reach quality hiring recommendations
  • Extends, negotiates, and closes candidate offers for acceptance
  • Analyzes cost to hire and controls headcount budget for particular business units
  • Utilizes and leverages Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide timely and accurate recruitment information and reports (e.g. cost per hire, time to hire)
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure accuracy of job descriptions and performs audits on an ongoing basis
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to recruiting processes on an on-going basis
  • Communicates HR processes and initiatives to broader organization
  • Assist in management of immigration-related processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level of achievement in Bachelors degree
  • 3 - 5 years prior recruiting experience
  • Experience working with hiring managers
  • Experience managing groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Excel development and reporting skills
  • Experience creating recruiting reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize daily activities
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate and close candidates
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment law
