Job Description
Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
Should be able to handle a job portal and be sound in sourcing.
Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
Should be able to work independently
Desired Profile/Qualification:
MBA/MSW freshers or non technical graduates with excellent communication skills
