Job Description:
This work is the performance of the function of Tools monitoring support.
The work is the support of implementation, configuration, change and maintenance that enable systems management agents on customers servers.
The activities are limited to the support of monitoring infrastructure server.
The role is an Infrastructure Analyst or Specialist.
The engineer will support any failures of the agent that are escalated to the tools monitoring team..
The support person will have restricted access for limited duration to the client servers for the purpose of monitoring agent support, when an escalation occurs.
At no time is there access to customer data stored on the server.
In summary, the Tools support person will assist as required in the support of the monitoring agent.
Should assistance be required, the Tools person will be given limited restricted access and perform any actions under the guidance of the System Administrator.
These limited rights will not enable any access to customer data on the server.
