- Relationship Based Collection Of Outstanding Balance And Ongoing Payment Education From Clients And Corporate Card Members
- Achieve Regional And Priority Metrices Of CR Input, And Worklist Actioning
- Servicing Relationships With Corporates And Customers
- Reviewing Financials And Decisioning Key Risk Parameters For Corporate Clients
- Liaise With Other Internal/External Clients, Eg. AMEX Travel Offices & Airlines
- Maintain Health Of The Receivables Portfolio By Taking Timely And Effective Exposure Control Action
- Adoption Of The Most Effective And Appropriate Dunning Strategy To Meet Financial Targets

Required Qualifications
Graduate With A Minimum Work Experience Of 3-4 Years Preferably In The Consumer Finance Risk Area
- Thorough Understanding Of Accounting Principles
- Good PC Skills(MS – Excel Added Advantage)
- Sound Decision-Making Ability
- Sound Card Servicing Background & Front-End Customer Servicing With Global Relationships
- Ability To Work With Multiple Constituencies / Departments
- Ability To Work Within A Demanding Team Environment.
-Strong Customer Service Skills
- Working Knowledge Of Amex Customer Service And Risk Delivery Systems,Knowledge Of Travel Accounting / Travel Agency Functioning Would Be A Plus.
