Description
· Relationship based collection of outstanding balance / reconciliation
· Achieve Regional and Priority Metrices of CR input, BTA Ageing, Dispute Handling and worklist auctioning
· Servicing relationships with corporates and customers
· Reconciling Business Travel Accounts of the corporate
· Liaise with Amex Travel, 3rd Party Travel Management Companies and Airlines
· Handling of Disputes for BTA clients and ensuring resolution and minimize chargebacks on the account.
Required Qualifications
· Graduate with a minimum work experience of 3-4 years preferably in the consumer finance risk area
· Thorough understanding of accounting principles
· Good PC skills(MS – Excel added advantage)
· Sound decision-making ability
· Sound card servicing background & front-end Customer servicing with global relationships
· Ability to work with multiple constituencies / departments
· Ability to work within a demanding team environment.·Strong customer service skills
· Working knowledge of Amex customer service and risk delivery systems including AR, COCAS, WCC and CAS.-Knowledge of Travel Accounting / Travel Agency functioning would be a plus.
