· ITIL Foundation Certificate (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Ensure provisioning (migrations) of Ecckts as per timelines
-
Ensure provisioning (connect and disconnect) of Ecckts
-
Shall support & interact with Customers (including but not limited to RNAM) by planning, coordination, execution and control of various activities in reaching defined project goals & schedules

Forecast quarterly in advance the scope requirements; should have required proximity/ understanding of stakeholders' requirements

Should have clear understanding & perform formulation of project scope Definitions & Project Plans

Daily Project Coordination, Follow-ups & Tracking with various Stakeholders including LECs to ensure successful migrations as per targets set on monthly basis

Preparation of periodic project Tracker status reports & action planning for management review

Risks to be Highlighted in advance and Escalated/Mitigated as an where applicable or required

Prepare minutes of the Meetings and circulate to all after meetings

Ensure PMs of LECs provide right support for 100% success of migration and getting the ASR sent and FOC receive as per SLAs

To be the face of Sprint-SRF in meeting and discussions
· Plans work in the immediate time frame (daily through 3-6 month planning).
· Makes selection and disciplinary decisions.
· Uses professional expertise to integrate work and make operating decisions on
escalated issues
· Accountable for objectives where goals and operational processes are defined
· Recommends changes to department policies
· Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups
· Seeks cooperation of others concerning specific projects or deadlines
· Primary duty is customary and regular supervision of 40 or more full-time employees.
· Ensure successful execution of following activities:-
Ø Perform functions of NRD DS1 and DS0 circuit migration based on FMS orders.
Ø Remotely cross connect WBDCS and NBDCS.
Ø Test DS1 and DS0 circuits using REACT 2001 remote test set.
Ø Troubleshoot testing issues towards resolution with LEC and/or switch technicians.
Ø Execute the Migration of live customer bearing facilities and circuits on Sprints Network.
Ø Require knowledge of DS3/OCN level grooms.
Ø Ensure team works on live traffic with out impact to customers on a daily basis in
high pressure situations.
Ø This position will require an understanding of all ticket coordination required to intrusively test and migrate live customer traffic.
Experience and Academic Qualification:-
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· 8 to 10 years professional experience.
· Advanced knowledge in professional field; or advanced level in area of specialization and generalist knowledge of a broader functional area.
· Strong business acumen.
· Excellent customer management, interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
· Proven track record of meeting objectives
Line Management
· To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.
· Management Reporting
· To ensure process adherence.
· To delegate within the team so as to utilize man power efficiently.
· To ensure that the team members get necessary trainings for new business requirements.
· To ensure right quality checks are in place to deliver as per customer expectations
· To ensure right performance measurements are in place to distinguish performers from non performers
· To ensure daily time booking by team and ensure overall billability and utilization is achieved as per targets
· To ensure governance model is implemented and followed diligently
· To ensure management reporting is in place and all required reports are correctly captured and circulated everyday
· To focus on non performers within the team and ensure their performance is improved
· To ensure time reporting is done as per guidelines for complete team.
· Interact with Customer's top level management as and when required
