Description of Responsibilities
Line of Business: US Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping.
We support clients in maintaining accounts, responding to participant email queries, transaction & payroll processing and other back end operations of retirement plans.
RPS is a part of JP Morgan AM LOB.
• Cultivate participant relationships by delivering personalized service and responding to a variety of plan and policy-related questions which impact the participant
• Subject Matter Expert on process
• Achieving the daily / weekly and monthly volume targets
• Ensuring accuracy on response to participant emails
• Conduct process trainings and initiate SOP changes
• Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
• Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
• Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize email queries based on inflow time
• Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU
Qualifications
Eligibility:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 .5 - 2 yrs of experience in back office operations preferred
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Flexible to work in shifts
• 401k knowledge would be an added advantage
