Role Responsibility
Working within a busy team you will provide system administration and support for assigned applications and for application development projects, whilst also providing 1st line support for the clinical operations department.
Additional Responsibilities:

Provide timely, high quality support for system users and proactively review the systems data to identify training needs or system issues. Capture user feedback on applications.

Interface with users to collect study set up requirements and complete technical set-up of studies. Interface with IT to evaluate, resolve and communicate system-related issues impacting users, escalating high user impact issues to Application and Support Manager.

Actively participate in Application User Groups and take part in writing and review of application training material.

Participate in system testing by execution of test scripts
You will have a strong customer service background with excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels within Icon. In addition, you will also require:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience to the position.

An analytical mind and an interest in working with figures/numbers.

Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written enabling you to deal with queries in a timely manner.

Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines within a pressurized environment

Good technical knowledge of information systems and database applications.
