Description
1) Ensure 7500 hours of technical training annually;
2) Quarterly conduct training need identification to chalk out a training program;
3) TAC support one product;
4) Updating global training calendar;
5) Skill gap analysis of engg. team;
6) Participation in Proactive Tech support calls;
7) Planning Training content development as per new releases;
8) Training budget control;
9) Conducting the Share & Learn sessions;
10) Introduce effective MIS in "Myskills" with L&D
11) Discuss with ROM's & Engineering Managers, collect business requirements on technical training & also refer to "My Skill" data & "Skill Gap Analysis" report for training needs on Quarterly basis.
Qualifications
Qualification: B. E. (Electrical/ ELectronics/ E&T) with 6 to 12 Years Experiance; Diploma (Electrical/ ELectronics/ E&T) with 8 to 12 Years Experience
