Responsibilities

  • The person is expected to do training need analysis (TNA) for different businesses within the Bank.
  • The person will be responsible for structuring various modules of training based on TNA after discussions with various Business Heads.
  • Conduct functional training programs on Products and processes.
  • Arrange to involve external trainers wherever inhouse expertise is not available.
  • Will be responsible to prepare and effectively deliver various training programs in a tight time schedule, on the under-noted areas:
  • General Banking
  • Financial Statement analysis
  • Project Finance
  • Working Capital / Term Loan assessment
  • Trade Finance products and processes
  • Some forex exposure.
  • Some additional exposure on Treasury products or Agr. Related products would be desirable.
  • Should have passion to deliver training programs using new methodologies and ideas.
  • Will be responsible to do post training analysis based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command on all aspects of Banking including accounting/financial concepts for detailed financial statement/risk analysis/Project Funding/Forex related products/Trade Finance/Agr. Related products including micro finance
  • The person should have adequate conceptual knowledge on areas of Credit Risk analysis, treasury operations, trade finance (products and processes), Capital Market operations and Investment advisory services.
  • The person should have preferably worked in a Banking scenario with Centralised processing of various Banking activities like clearing, CMS, Foreign Exchange processes, trade finance, Currency Chest operations, Depository operations etc
