1. Having minimum 1 year of Sales experience
2. Must have basic structural engineering knowledge of calculations, plans, design & layout and specifications OR basic architectural knowledge of design and plan
3. Shoul have basic understanding of BIM standards & technology and Architectural, Structural and MEP aspects of projects
4. Able to understand client requirement clearly
5. Good understanding concept of hourly costs and project costs
6. Worked in or knowhow of Outsourcing industry
7. Knowledge of software - NavisWorks/Ecotect
8. Strong command over English - Written and spoken
