Trade finance officer (commercial loans) - All Locations

Responsibilities: 

• To process all Commercial Loans transactions within stipulated deadlines & ensure they are conducted in a smooth and seamless manner

.

• Take ownership of all lending transactions to ensure highest efficiency & customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all the phases in the compliance cycles are achieved by the business at all times & to

assist error free transaction.

• Review efficiencies of processes & resources to ensure maximum efficiency to ensure highest customer satisfaction through constantly lowering percentage of complaints

• Acquire skill set for handling commercial Loans in FINACLE

• Acquire deep understanding of regulations and industry for better delivery of services.

• Adherence to deadlines on RBI Reporting as per prescribed guidelines.

• Complete review of existing processes (for need of automation and elimination of redundant steps) in conjunction with seniors.

• Aid in the development of new processes / initiatives, which will either help in improving the processing capability or enhance regulatory compliance.

• Error rate to be tracked on monthly basis and errors to be reduced.

Requirements: 

• Commerce Degree with 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good Interpersonal & Analytical Skill.

• Knowledge of Banking Regulation (KYC, AML etc) Internal Control Guidelines.

• Team player for running successful process operations and experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence.

• Good written & verbal Communication Skill.
