4.             Education

·         Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

  Qualifications

1.    Experience

·         Good Understanding of Telecom Networks with at least 8 years of experience in GSM. Excellent understanding of Core Network.

·         Experience of operations and configurations in any customer service delivery organization/Telecom Operators.

·         Experience on MSC/VLR and HLR.

•   Understanding of complete call flow in GSM system.

·         Hands on experience on GSM nodes HLR / VLR / MSC / GMSC / AUC/ Media Gateway.

·         Routing concepts (SCCP, GTRC etc.)

·         Number Analysis - B.No. , GT, IMSI, MSRN etc.

·         Very good concepts in CCS7 signalling, IP, ATM, ISDN and SIGTRAN.

·         Knowledge on protocol level of CCS7, ISUP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP etc.

·         Knowledge and experience of WCDMA.

·         Experience on Ericsson products (AXE) will have an advantage.

·         Concept of digital switching.

·         Ability to work independently and coordinate cross function.

·         Good analytical skills with high inquisitiveness towards new technologies.

·         Structured approach towards work with ability to guide team towards a process oriented approach.

·         Good communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate to customers effectively.

·         Experience in handling Ericsson Networks preferred.

2.             Responsibilities

·         Responsible for Configuration changes and CR Handling.

·         Coordination with design and planning team & Customer.

·         To prioritize CR to meet SLA/WLA and work within well defined system support guidelines.

·         Customer complaints handling.

·         Signalling definitions, link creation, route creation, MTP Routing, link set creation, Signaling shifting for MSC/MSS/MGW (R4/R5).

·         Trunk Creation & Augmentation (E1, A-ter and A-link), traffic shifting for MSC/MSS/MGW.
