Business Planning
• Mapping of all potential catchments.
• Prioritising of catchment for new store launch in consultation with Business heads
• Deciding on desired location along with operations head, in the mapped catchment
• Preparing agreement signing targets and launch phasing
• Finalize 3rd party agencies for site identification.
• Planning daily BD and team’s priorities and monitoring progress against the same.
Implementation
• Short listing of site confirming to our catchment and rental requirements.
• Co-ordinating with operations head for approvals.
• Negotiating with LL and finalising commercials for approved sites
• Negotiating and convincing Landlord regarding our standard agreement terms and condition.
• Vetting and evaluating catchment reports
• Finalising the lease agreement terms and conditions with landlords
• Co-ordinating with superiors and legal for obtaining approvals for deviations if any.
• Co-ordinating with LL for compliance on legal documentation
• Preparation of store CAPEX in consultation with zonal business head
