Accounting of expenses

·           Accounting of all expenses after ensuring that proper supporting vouchers and approvals obtained

·           Payment of expenses within due date with voucher generated from Offin

Daily closing  

·         Daily closing of books with cash verification

Vendor Reconcilations

·         Monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all vendor accounts

Payment of statutory liabilities and returns

·         All statutory payments, TDS,VAT,ESI, EPF are paid within due date and returs prepared and submitted in time.
