Technical Support Engineer - Drilling Fluids
Role Synopsis
At Baker Hughes, this position will provide training on product, well site and drilling with the ability to analyse and report on field test results.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Continue training on operational features and application of products.
Begin in-depth training programs to obtain product, well site and drilling knowledge.
Train to measure product performance and recommend design modifications to existing products.
Learn how to analyze and report product field test results.
Continue to learn to monitor product tests and make recommendations on operating parameters to rig personnel.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
General knowledge of basic engineering and business principles.
Knowledge of metallurgy, materials and petroleum engineering concepts.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
