Job Description

The Bangalore Facilities Manager will report to our CRE Country Head based in Mumbai.

Scope of work responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

Through vendor management and under the direction of the CRE Country Location Manager oversee, supervise and manage the following services:

1. Help Desk and Customer request management (Facilities Direct);

2. Cleaning;

3. Implementation of the Housekeeping Rules;

4. Facilities data collection and reporting;

5. Provision of various management information such as space utilization; cleaning standard survey; user satisfaction survey;

6. Vendor management;

7. Incident Reporting;

8. Seat Management/Seat Allocation;

9. Move management and minor works support;

10. Fixed Asset Inventory for facilities related assets;

11. Conference Room support services for meeting, training and conference rooms within the premises.

Engineering Management:

Through vendor management and under the direction of the CRE Location Manager and regional local CSES oversee, supervise and manage the following services:

1. Oversee a preventive maintenance program of JPMC owned equipment;

2. Manage the reactive maintenance tasks of JPMC owned equipment;

3. Ensure that statutory compliance is adhered to and that relevant certificates and periodic inspections are conducted;

4. Monitor the quality assurance of all maintenance tasks;

5. Attend to cmergcncy trouble shooting and repairs, including preparation of ificident Reports;

6. Input change requests for maintenance into the EMS system for approval;

7. Assist in the energy utilization study;

8. Produce monthly reports regarding energy consumption, downtime, consumables usage etc.;

9. Ensure all Landlord owned plant and equipment is operating correctly and efficiently;

10. Ensure Landlord maintenance and statutory obligations have been met.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience required –

·        University Graduate -Degree or Professional Studies undertaken in one or more of the discipline of Real Estate, Architecture,

         Facilities Management,Engineering, Surveying or any other building related subjects.

·        10+ yrs of relevant experience.

·        Degree or Studies in business management is an advantage;Professional Qualification is also an advantage.

·        Solid relevant working experience in similar capacity or business environment in the field of facilities management or engineering.
