External Position Profile (Responsibilities, Key Result Areas, and Required/Preferred Qualifications):
1. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the Property Preservation Team (Day, Mid and Night Shift).
2. The Assistant Manager to ensure that all work distribution /allocation is in accordance with the TAT requirement.
3. Will be required to effectively communicate with the teams to ensure high motivational levels to obtain high quality results.
4. Will be managing Team leads and Preservation Analysts.
5. Escalation metrics are to be monitored to ensure the transactions are completed within the TAT with the support and coordination from the respective departments.
6. Support the team with process related questions and resolve the same or ensure appropriate escalation.
7. Daily monitoring of inventory reports to keep a check on the performance & control parameters of the team.
8. Follow-up/ coordinate with other departments within Ocwen viz. ORA, Eviction, Foreclosure and TL to acquire property updates.
9. In addition, he / she is responsible for the review of the workflows. Periodically check process manuals for updates.

1. Would be responsible for ensuring the PPI department meets the following goals:

3. Maintain the Quality scores at an average of 95% or above.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree Required.
2. 2-3 years of operations experience as a TL.
3. Track record of excellent performance in process management / revision / updating / transition, or similar.
