SUMMARY

Responsible for OPEX, with Marketing/SD/ Admin and others department procurement in circle in accordance with company policies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Opex Activity:

Marketing Activity:

  • Vendor Finalization & Purchase Negotiation for Marketing related activities like printing of posters, leaflets, bill inserts, Glowsign Boards & Starter Pack material, Outdoor printing, T-shirt, Caps, Dispensers and other Misc. items.
  • Cost control of POP Materials by suggesting the economical sizes and by changing paper specifications were necessary.
  • Cost control in outdoor installations & outdoor printing works.
  • Development of new products to improve brand visibility in the market.
  • Timely delivery of material to give maximum impact. Cost effective optimization of POP material.
  • Management of Outdoor Publicity Contracts.
  • Benchmarking of cost and quality of material with competition and other idea circle.

Administrative Activities:

  • Finalization of Contracts for Stationary Services, Vehicle Contracts, Courier Services, Security Contract, House Keeping services.
  • Procurement of Copier Machines, Faxes, Toners, Cartridges and small interior works required time-to-time.
  • Smooth function of Administration related activities.

MIS:

  • Generation of MIS like Monthly Purchase Orders status, Pending Indents, Buyer wise Activity status, Vendors listing for Management Information.
  ERP System:
  • Key Module owner for Oracle Applications (ERP) Purchasing Module & responsible for implementation & Integration of Purchase Module.
  • Developed process flow in consultation with user departments for the Requirement Generation-Procurement-Material Receiving cycle.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procurement of handsets for retail schemes, corporate clients and for internal customers.
  • Service contract and work order for repairing of handsets.
  • Organizing of trips (Domestic/International) for Distributor /Employees.

·         Co – ordination with other departments for ensuring smooth functioning.

·         Ensuring timely implementation of strategies.
