Description
eProcurement team - part of Purchasing Solutions, provides support to our Business customers and internal service groups globally in relation to Procure to Pay processes and Systems.
This role will be responsible for managing and administration of SRM / Ariba catalog system including interacting with various internal and external groups (eg. Soucing Managers, Suppliers and Ariba). This role will also be responsible for SRM / SAP system administration.

Qualifications
Essential Day to day acitivities:
• Catalogue Management
• SAP / SRM Systems Administration
• SAP / SRM Work Flow Administration: Ensuring proactively the SRM Shopping Carts progress through the SRM approval process in timely and appropriate manner.
• Management of SRM Document creation in SAP : Ensuring the SRM Shopping Carts creates follow-on documents (eg : SAP requisition or SAP PO)
• Management of SRM related Idoc errors
• Develop and Maintain the Process Related Document
• Actively contribute to continuously improve the Process
• Record root cause/ analyze and propose changes
• Lead/participate in various Purchasing Solutions initiated / supported Projects
• Work collabaratively with various internal teams
• Reporting
Candidate will be required to work in various shifts on need basis
Education :
Bachelor's Degree
Desired skills
• 2 to 3 years of Ariba Catalog Systems administration and management
• 2 to 3 years of SAP/SRM Systems administration
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in SRM or SAP Workflow Administration and IDOC Management
• Attention to detail, accuracy and meeting agreed deadlines
• Moderate understanding of Financial accounting processes
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to react quickly, effectively and prioritize tasks
• Excellent skills in Excel, SAP, SRM, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently with minimal direction in a hectic environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple and concurrent projects and tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels in a professional matter (oral & written)
• Ability to transfer knowledge of processes to customers and team members.
• Ability to understand and adjust to cultural differences across different time zones
• Maintain a solid understanding of the overall Thomson Reuters company in the area of;
o Sourcing Applications
o Purchase to Pay life cycle
o Structures, Divisions and Business Units
• Ability to take work direction
• Must maintain a positive outlook and lead by example
