Position Objectives
Candidate will be expected to:

Draft and review a variety of contracts;

Conduct document review projects, after due training;

Conduct contract abstraction projects;

Prepare reports based on pre-specified metrics;

Conduct training sessions on candidates areas of interest and strength;

Lead teams to deliver for results.
Personal Success Characteristics

Must have strong command over spoken and written English

Must have exposure to contract drafting and reviewing

Exposure to document review and allied tools preferred

Exposure to litigation procedure preferred

Experience in legal analysis (interpreting laws and clauses of contracts)

Should have interest in academic research of legal issues and queries
-
Must be flexible in attitude to work (be able to take up projects outside any specified domain) and must be a team player

Basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts preferred

Educational Requirements
