Essential Responsibilities

·  Responsible for management and administration of the security team and all security related matters.

·  Develop and implement security policy & procedures in line GE security programs & applicable regulations.

·  Monitor and analyze security related matters in and around campus.

·  Investigate security concerns & incidents and implement corrective actions

·  Develop, coordinate and implement comprehensive training program for security personnel to handle job responsibilities, emergency situation and rescue.

·  Responsible for dealing with crisis situation such as civil strife, accidents, emergencies, workplace violence and various types of threat in current security environment.

·  Enforcing preventive, protective and precautionary measurers against theft, pilferage, sabotage and subversive activities

·  Interact & deal with law enforcement agencies about security related matters.

·  Deliver effective security solutions utilizing an outsourced security services workforce. 

·  Advise management on the security related matters. Should be an Ex Army officer of the rank of Lt Colonel & Colonel 2. Should have in depth experience & knowledge of Physical security & electronic security 3. Should have knowledge & experience in handling mob & crowd control.  4. Should have good communication and interpersonal skill 5. Should have working knowledge of Computer

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Graduation with min.10 years of working experience in an MNC environment. Knowledge of Law & Management qualification is an added advantage.Knowledge of local language essential.

Desired Characteristics

·  Preferably from Combat Army / Intelligent Wing

·  Corporate security experience will be an added qualification.
