Job Responsibilities

Sell VAS concept for Auto Aftermarket in existing and upcoming markets
Secondary Sales : Converting New Detailing Centres to use 3M services - Adding new customers
Secondary Sales : Increasing VAS treatments at detailing centres - Increasing business at existing customers
Primary Sales : Meeting Primary Sales targets in line with Biz Plan and selling to 3M Service Providers / Distributors
Primary Sales : Meeting Collection targets and ensuring 100% collections from 3M Service Providers / Distributors
Handling a team of Area Sales Executives and Front Line Sales Officers ( Team Size - 6 members)
Manage Service provider to deliver the reccomended program delivery to customers - Managing Channel
Performing Audits on Process, reccomended consumption of 3M Products, quality of job being carried out, Housekeeping and Total Program delivery
Liase with AOEM Field Reps and carry out joint working
Penetrating New Programs and Treatments

Qualifications
Engineer / MBA with minimum 6-10 years of work experience in Auto After market / Service Industry
