Job Description:
The Human Resource & Administration Manager plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, training, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. In addition to the HR responsibilities, the HR & Admin is responsible for providing general administrative support to the India office, in the form of Reception, office management; secretarial and HR responsibilities. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining the relationship with local hotels, travel agency, and Health insurance agent and support Directors, Manager, Sales and PS on an as required basis.
HR & Admin will work with the VP of HR to support all HR needs of the office and with the local management (Finance, PS) to support the needs of the departments.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong oral and written communication skills, be organized, detailed, flexible, and able to handle many tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role reports to the VP of Human Resources, located in Israel.
Primary Responsibilities:

Support maintenance of all local employee files in accordance with company standards, and help ensure the timely completion of all necessary paperwork

Assist VP of HR in compliance with employment law and regulations.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, address changes, employment verifications, etc.

Support identifying and answering training needs i.e: employee orientation, development, and professional training;

Initiate and Coordinate office social activities
Recruitment:

Manage recruiting activities. Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met. Deploy a variety of recruiting methods, including web technology, employee referrals, networking and print advertisements.

Source candidates through various recruitment channels i.e., open houses, referrals, job fairs, on campus, career website, internet postings, print advertising, etc.

Manage the recruitment process.

Coordinate internal/external job postings and other online postings.

Provide recruitment services to hiring managers.

Interview candidates and check references to ensure a great hiring.

Extend offers and follow through until successful hiring.
Administration:

Phones, messages – being the first point of contact for general calls to ClickSoftware. Being the focal point for the phone companies, order phone etc on a need basis.

Stationery orders – reviewing the stock levels of stationary and raising the po’s and placing the orders.

Lease and purchasing - including purchasing from IT vendors and other suppliers, ongoing communications with IT, finance teams and vendors. Contact person for the leased office company personnel.

Arranging meetings – responding to Managers requests to arrange/book meeting rooms, and confirming the mtg requirements, refreshments, projectors..etc.

Arranging lunches – ordering hot or cold food on an ad hoc basis,

Travel – responding to requests from staff to arrange travel. Includes raising travel requisition, obtaining quotes, preparing visa paperwork, booking flights, hotels and where necessary cabs.

Organizing staff events – upon requests from management , arranging staff events.

Office management – other office management duties on an ad hoc basis.
Work experience requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a human resource generalist or recruitment position for the hi-tech industry.

Experience in various HR domains.

Experience in sourcing talent through innovative and traditional sourcing channels, ability to think outside the box.

Experience in interviewing techniques.

A working knowledge of employment law and audit requirements for maintaining compliance.

Strong computer skills including an Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education Requirements Bachelors' degree or other related degree in social sciences
