Design + Development

  • Provides updates to estimates and add detail as requested to technical designs for the production of interactive experiences
  • Designs, develops and implements client-side interactive experiences by utilizing Flash ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, JSP and other technologies
  • Consistently executes test plans and ensures the overall quality of experiences the team delivers

Leading Processes

  • Adheres to and helps improve team processes, policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with server side-development teams, interactive creative teams and project management teams
  • Works as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of high quality, secure and standard-compliant interactive projects

Other Responsibilities

  • Researches and makes opportunities to learn new interactive development and production  technologies as needed
  • Assists in solving challenges and delivering innovative new experiences with internal and external partners 

Requirements

  • 3 or 4 year degree and/or degree in computer science or related technical field
  • 4+ years interactive development work experience
  • Experience coding in HTML, JHTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, AppleScript, ActionScript and JavaScript
  • Experience with Macintosh and PC platforms
  • Experience with interactive design and development software including Flash, Photoshop, Image Ready, Dreamweaver and Illustrator
