Job Description: 

• Perform network design testing/certification prior to production implementation.
• Design and Document for Small to Large networks for implementation team to deploy
• Prepare configurations and implementation instructions for change management system 
• Prepare configuration of Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper and Sidewinder)
• Migrate configuration from varied type of firewalls like Check Point, Cyberguard, Cisco but not limit to.
• Perform system level documentation on all platforms and assist in project tracking and documentation.
• Keep track of outstanding task
• Performance legacy firewall migration
• Provide support to network operation
• Provide standby support after office hours
• Generate test plans or scripts detailing network related configurations. 

Qualifications

Base Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in Networking Security focusing on Firewall.
• Must be a team player but also able to work independently
• Able to design, deployed and migrate firewall solution
• Should be prepared to work outside office hour.
• Should be prepared to go through a G50 clearance process (In-depth background check)

Technical Skills: 

• In-depth knowledge of varied type of firewall with good knowledge or understanding of related network equipments example like routers, switches, load balancer etc..
• Experience in Cisco ASA firewall, Juniper and Secure Sidewinder are essential
• Experience in proxy, content security, VPN is a plus
• Experience in WAN, LAN deployment and good understanding of Frame relay, MPLS, VLAN etc..
• Good knowledge on Firewall technology example Package Filtering, Proxy/application base
• IP Routing: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
• Protocols: TCP/IP, MPLS,HSRP,VRRP
• Certification for any of the firewall (Juniper, Cisco or Sidewinder) will be a plus
