he position requires in depth knowledge of Platforms to be consolidated including UNIX, Wintel, Linux, Solaris etc . Qualified candidates should have had previous experience using infrastructure environment data collection and analysis tools, and will need specific knowledge of Zodiac , CDAT and Visian or similar tools.
Required skills

* Server Consolidation Technologies including Virtualization, Workload Management, Blades, Grid
* Capacity and Performance Analysis Tools and Techniques
* Application Co-existence Issues
* Network Connectivity Principles, DS4000, SAN Switches, and/or IBM NAS
* Strong Teamwork,Strong Technical Writing Skills
* Demonstrated Leadership Skills
