Business Analysis Sr. Advisor-110000RL

APJ Campaign Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate selection and output of customer campaign lists for direct marketing programs. She/ He will interface with Marketing Managers and CRM team members as part of a work group to develop direct marketing campaigns.  Key responsibilities will include :

·         Co-create campaign strategy aligned with business priorities, work with multiple stakeholders to get buy-in and drive implementation

·         Own and develop deep relationships with key stakeholders in business. Seen as a trusted business partner and the GO-TO person on all Campaign related matters.

o   Project manage and own delivery of campaign lists, ensure quality control and timelines.

o   Develop and interpret business requirements that are used to create and execute SAS code extracting direct marketing lists.

·         Identify data owners / sources & liaise for access

·         Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information.

·         Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to clients.

·         Perform detailed audits of list selection and final production of outputs to ensure selection of customer data is accurate and follows information security policies and procedures

·         Drive significant automation and streamlining of the processes underlying the services

·         Develop / lead a team of analysts on leading business initiatives.

Key measures of performance of this role will be:

·         Meeting of service level targets for process throughput and quality for own and team's work

·         Customer satisfaction rating of 90%+

·         Driving of significant business benefit measured as hard bottom line impact

Qualifications

·  Education: Engineer or MBA from a reputed business school will be preferred.

Post qualification relevant work experience of 5-8years preferably as an analyst or process lead with a reputed organization, preferably in the CRM/ Database marketing/  domain.

Essential Experience:

·         Should have managed customer relationships in remote environment 

·         Campaign design, execution and Measurement experience in a large distributed setup.

·         Hands on Database marketing, data extraction and manipulation experience using SAS, SQL

·         Extensive use of analytical tools and techniques, problem solving, deep data analysis

·         Process mapping, analysis and design

·         Driving cross functional business change projects delivering defined business benefits

·         Managing projects / teams of 2-10 people

·         Knowledge of Asian languages will be a plus but not mandatory 

Skills and Competencies:

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·         Exceptional Project management and planning skills

·         Hands one experience in SAS, SQL and expertise in excel.

·         Exposure to Statistical concepts is required 

·         High level of competency with using MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint is essential

·         Business acumen and ability to determine the value of work to business

·         Drive of results and focus on delivery of targets / SLA adherence

·         Ability to deal with ambiguity and work across multiple priorities simultaneously

Exposure to Six Sigma / BPI techniques. Certification (Green Belt) will be an advantage.
